Do I need to be registered with CVM?
No — the Lumes model is designed to operate as a financial publisher. You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Use. Lumes provides the technology and structure; you provide the strategy. If you are registered with CVM, we highlight that information on your profile.
How much will Lumes cost?
PROs with early access will receive a unique, exclusive lifetime condition of US$10/month starting in Beta, covering Lumes’ current features. This group will not be affected by the new Go-Live pricing.
Which brokers will you integrate with?
Progressive roadmap, with priorities defined by Founder Cohort audience volume. XP, BTG, Clear, Inter, and Nubank Invest are Phase 1 targets.
What if I have a bad month?
An automatic kill switch pauses replication when drawdown exceeds the limit you defined. Your followers are not exposed beyond the agreed threshold, and you protect your reputation for the next cycle.
How do you validate my track record?
Direct connection to your broker via Open Investment or partner API. Trades are logged in real time and made immutable. Your history becomes a public, auditable badge — ready to show to a family office, broker, or LP.
Can I keep using my Telegram in parallel?
Yes. We recommend carefully reviewing whether ongoing operations could be classified by CVM as irregular advisory or portfolio management activity. Lumes provides the CVM-aware channel; you decide what to migrate.
