A social trading platform built for the investors the industry forgot.
The name Lumes comes from lumen — to illuminate. We exist because financial markets have become richer, faster, and, at the same time, more opaque. Independent investors are asked to allocate in the dark, while institutional desks operate with signals, tools, and scale most people will never see.
We are rebuilding that asymmetry from the user’s perspective. Lumes gives individual investors institutional-grade intelligence in a social format: the ability to follow a verified PRO trader, copy their strategy in two clicks, understand why it works, and scale it with AI-assisted automation — all under a regulated and transparent framework.
We operate through three connected product lines: Lumes for PROs is the marketplace where investors learn and copy. Lumes OEM is the white-label layer that brings the same engine to brokerages, banks, and asset managers. Lumes Academy is the educational arm that turns followers into allocators.
Our roadmap is deliberately global: USA-first for positioning, Brazil-first for validation, and LATAM expansion from Series A onward. Our compliance posture is dual-jurisdiction by design — SEC/FINRA in the United States and CVM in Brazil — because social trading only scales when it scales safely.
